We are hiring for different profiles in the Medical Billing Industry for our own captive unit based at Noida Sector – 2. We require the candidates with the ability of multitasking and having a dynamic personality who can serve the organization for the long run.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
- Provide World Class Customer Service
- Engaged in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External in US)
- Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis.
- Creating functional requirements and data mapping specification for projects
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in writing emails
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
- Prior experience in the Medical Billing industry is a plus.
