Capline is one of the best companies I have worked with in my 12-year career. The organization does have a firm work culture and is reporting & documentation heavy, but this culture will make you meticulously learn (or improvise) to organize yourself at work; a lifeskill which is a rare thing to learn with most companies! Capline also allows you to expand your learnings and do things that you like.The culture of avoiding pressure on people, avoiding layoffs and firing comes right from the top and the organization genuinely cares about giving its employees a work life balance, as long as you are a well-performing member, adding value to the company.

So i got a call from Capline services on 19th nov 2022 and it was from HR Simran kalshyan ma’am she asked me about my name and few general questions followed by the interview test she helped me by giving few suggestions regarding test after which ma’am scheduled my zoom interview with AM, sir too was very sweet it’s 29th nov 2022(today) i got my offer letter Simran Ma’am is the best HR one can ever get she helped me out so much, she was very polite and helpful throughout am so grateful to have her she made the entire selection process so easy thank you Ma’am for your support and giving me this opportunity to work with capline ❤️ and am so eager and looking forward to join office ✨

Work place culture is very professional.Most important thing that I would like to share is that Here recruitment Hr Simran Kalshyan is so polite and helpful.The experience with the organisation is amazing so far. People here are very helpful & supportive. The training process is very good and innovative also.

I got a call from Capline Services and that is from HR ( Ms. Simran Kalshyan) . She asked few questions to me on call, then she had sended me an mail for the interview test . I completed that and sends back the results on that same mail. After two days, I got the confirmation that I passed that test and then Simran ma'am scheduled the Google meet interview and then I gave that and the same day, I got to know that I was selected and then I got a mail in which there is an Google form , I filled all the information which were asked and also sended all the educational documents and address proof. After that, Simran ma'am told me that the Assistant Manager will contact me and after that she will release the offer letter to me.By the time, I talked to the AM, I got my offer letter. And the most important thing that is my HR Simran ma'am is very kind and helpful during this whole process, whenever I call her, she always reply and solve every query . I never met a HR like her. She is so polite and caring that I can tell or ask anything without any hesitation which I liked the most in this whole interview period. Thank you Simran ma'am. In short, I had a great experience in this whole interview process. And one more thing, in this whole process, I did not need to visit office for a single day, now I will go straight for joining.
